We have an enviable record of delivering a number of regeneration projects that have heralded improvements in the quality of life of tenants and members of the wider community. We are particularly proud of our work in regenerating the inner city area of St Pauls in Bristol. Not only were we able to use our skills to deliver quality homes but our flexible approach and strategy of keeping core construction trades in house has meant that we have been able to offer jobs to members of the communities in which we work.

We have made a real economic difference to these communities by offering adult apprenticeships and up skilling of our employees, many of who have joined us with no previous formal training.
