We recently completed the strip out and remodelling of a number of internal spaces on this impressive retirement campus on the outskirts of Bath. We have constructed a new kitchen, bar and club room area, library, bespoke reception desk, shop and administrative offices.
The works were managed to allow the site to continue to function safely during the construction works. We isolated noisy works to specific times of the day to reduce the impact on residents.
The phases of the scheme included the design and construction of a new green oak structure and new entrance porches/canopies and DDA compliant ramps.
