Strip out and refurbishment of the 16th and 17th floors of the iconic Castlemead building in the heart of Bristol.
This was a logistically challenging project due to the city centre location and access to the floors via only one passenger lift.
The communal areas were finished to an extremely high standard, giving a luxurious feel to the new office floors.
The proposed tenant, Amazon will be utilising this space as the new base for their IMDB business.
