The single storey extension consisted of cavity masonry walls with flat roof of a timber construction and now provides the facility with extra offices and therapy rooms.
The refurbishment element of the works consisted of nine new en-suite bedrooms which were all fitted with anti-ligature fixtures and fittings. Quality of finish and detailing was of the highest standard to ensure both client satisfaction and patient safety.
External works included the construction of an external timber deck, anti climb fencing and other external landscaping works
M&E works were integral to the success of this project, with stringent commissioning & witnessing undertaken to ensure that all systems were adequate for their anti ligature requirements.
