Scope of work:
To design and refurbish No.1 and No.11 Priory Road, Villas that form the accommodation for the Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. 

These works involved a new timber staircase to no.1, forming new WC areas and tea points and refurbishment of offices and communal areas including new FR glazed screens.

In no.11, the works consisted of refurbishing all four floors for study and office spaces, including reconfiguring the entrance lobby with glazed screens and new welcome desk. Both properties had significant external works carried out including decorations.

Much care and attention to detail was needed to enable the delicate restoration of the period features, including the mosaic tiled flooring and stained glass windows.

New stairs were also designed and built to sympathise with the period features of the properties.
