Guildhall Bath

13th January '12

Works start on January 16th on this city centre bathroom and toilet refurbishment. The works will be managed by Martin Hancock and will be carefully phased to allow the operations of the building to continue, the project continues our working relationship with BANES and will be complete in 8 weeks.

Bathnes One Stop Shop

9th January '12

This fastrack fit out contract will allow us to demonstrate our ability to manage, co ordinate and install complex m&e, ceilings and internal partitions to create a one stop shop facility for Bath & North East Somerset Council.

This prominent site on the ground floor of Lewis House includes open plan accomodation, cellular offices and meeting rooms and a new spiral staircase. Works will start in late January and will be completed in April 2012. Works will be managed by Gary Lott and Paul Brown.
